"Thicker than I expected"
I ordered this from Vvivid and was surprised by how thick the vinyl felt when I took it out. It didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all, and it was easy to work with. Weirdly, I remember the roll making this super crisp crinkly sound when I unwrapped it, which made it feel even more sturdy for some reason

"Held up better than I figured it would"
I ordered some vinyl from vvividshop for the trim on my car, and honestly... I wasn’t sure how it would hold up. It’s been a few months now though, and so far there’s no peeling or fading, even with rain and some hot days. It feels tougher than I expected and wasn’t too difficult to work with either. Overall, I’m happy with it

Everything turned out fine in the end, and the package arrived okay, but the tracking updates had me feeling a bit unsure. I got the tracking number, then it just kind of sat there with no real updates for a few days, which made me wonder if something was off. My gut says the order process is basically fine, but the communication could definitely be better. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the tracking was clearer and updated more regularly.

The air release worked good and the bubbles pushed out easy enough. I just wish the overall support or instructions felt a little more attentive, because I kind of felt ignored when I had questions...

"Prices are decent, but I didn't feel heard"
I ordered from vvividshop because the prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I checked. Some things did feel like a good value, but once shipping got added, a couple of items didn’t really seem like much of a deal anymore.
It’s not a bad site, but I guess I expected it to be cheaper overall. I also felt a little dismissed when I had questions about the pricing, like my concerns were just brushed off. I’d probably still compare prices elsewhere before ordering again.

I’m always a little worried with sites I haven’t used before that I’ll get fooled by confusing pages or surprise charges, but this one was easy to deal with. I found what I needed quickly, checkout was simple, and everything loaded without any issues.

"Consistent finish across the panels"
After putting it on, the first thing I noticed was that the finish looked really even from panel to panel. I was a little worried some areas might stand out more than others, but it all blended together nicely. Happy with how it turned out

"Nice color, but the adhesive was a total quitter"
I ordered some vinyl from vvividshop.com, the color looked good, so I was hopeful. But the adhesive? Absolute Mr. Gives-Up-Too-Soon. It stuck fine at first, then the edges started lifting not long after, even though I cleaned the surface really well beforehand. I kept having to press it back down like I was babysitting it. Maybe I just got a bad roll, but for the price, I expected it to actually stay put.

"Warranty support actually came through"
I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out about the warranty, but they actually took care of it and got it fixed. that was a relief. AND THEN JUST LIKE THAT, everything was working again

I asked for a refund and, they handled it quickly. Support got back to me, the money showed up again, and there wasn’t any unnecessary back-and-forth. That’s the fair way to treat customers, in my opinion

I had a question about my order earlier this week, so I sent them a message kind of expecting it to take a while.
They replied later that same day and actually answered what I asked, which was a nice surprise. It didn’t feel like a copy-paste response either.
There was a small mix-up with the order, but they helped get it sorted quickly. By the next day, everything was taken care of, so overall I’m happy with how support handled it.

Checkout was kind of a hassle. It didn’t go through the first time, but it finally worked on the second try. What annoyed me most was that the terms seemed to change during the process, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be.
